Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) cooked quinoa
- 4 tablespoons pure almond butter
- ¾ cup (80 ml) unsweetened coconut flakes (or shredded coconut)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons almond powder or ground flaxseeds
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together and shape balls of approximately 15 ml (then you can roll them into the coconut flakes).
- Place them on a baking pan or a plate and freeze them so they are firm.
- Place them on a plastic container.
- They will stay nice in the freezer for about 3 weeks.
