All employees signed a non-disclosure agreement for personal information. Nutritionist-dietitians are members of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec and have the obligations to retain clients’ records for at least 5 years after the last consultation.
RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION
Upon written request, and proof of identification, users can have the right to get access to their personal information collected, used and disclosed by NutriSimple, and request correction of information, if need be, required or authorised by law.
However, to make sure that all personal information we hold are accurate and up to date, NutriSimple invites users to inform them without delay about any change of their personal information.

NutriSimple reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. NutriSimple Privacy Policy was updated on April 4, 2019.
