STEP 1: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

You will be sent an online health questionnaire to fill out so that we can prepare ourselves for your appointment.

STEP 2: MEET WITH US FOR YOUR NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT

- An initial consultation of 60 minutes will allow your dietitian-nutritionist to have a clear understanding of your needs and establish a nutrition treatment plan together with you in order to help you meet your objectives.

STEP 3: GET THE SUPPORT NECESSARY FOR DIETARY CHANGES

Regular and motivating follow-ups will allow you to receive the necessary coaching for the achievement of your objectives, and they will also help you improve your knowledge in nutrition. With access to your private section and a broad range of services, you will receive an ONGOING coaching between consultations.

STEP 4: NURTURE YOUR SUCCESS

Once you attain your objectives, punctual follow-ups will be set up, according to your needs, to preserve your achievements.

CONSULTATION FEES AND REFERRAL

Consultation fees can be paid by credit card, check or cash. Please note we do not accept Interac cards.

The monthly fee is determined according to the treatment plan established in partnership with your dietitian-nutritionist. The cost of consultations varies between $65.00 and $125.00.

Our services are covered by many private group insurance companies but not by the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec (RAMQ).

We encourage collaboration between physicians and dietitians-nutritionists, but there is no need to provide a medical referral to visit one of our dietitians-nutritionists. With your consent, the first nutrition report will be sent to your doctor if this information is indicated in your file.
