Extra virgin olive oil 30 ml (2 Tbsp)
Dijon mustard 15 ml (1 Tbsp)
Lemon juice 30 ml (2 Tbsp)
Very fresh salmon, in cubes 375 g (1 fillet)
Fresh dill, chopped 45 ml (3 Tbsp)
French shallot or chives, chopped 30 ml (2 Tbsp)
Sea salt 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp)
Preparation
Whisk the olive oil and Dijon mustard together. Add the lemon juice and mix until a uniform texture is obtained Add the salmon cubes, dill and shallot. Salt and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
