Peel, core and chop the apples into pieces.
Boil the apple pieces in water for 10 minutes or until tender, then drain.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave oven.
In a blender, mix the apples and melted chocolate until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a 10 cm mould.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with cocoa if desired. Enjoy!
