Ingredients

Commercial 12-inch pizza crust
3 Tbsp old-fashioned mustard
1½ cups grated Emmental cheese
2 zucchini cut into thin slices
Mill pepper to taste
Watercress to taste
1 drizzle of oil of your choice
Preparation
Brush the pizza crust with the mustard. Sprinkle 250 ml (1 cup) of cheese. Pepper. Spread the zucchini over the rind and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Set the gas grill to medium power. Place the pizza on a baking tray, put it on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the mixture is melted. Top the pizza with watercress and drizzle with oil.
