YIELD: 4 sandwiches
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: Approximately 4 to 5 minutes
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Easy
Top each bread with cheese, pear, tomato, turkey, lettuce or arugula.
Place the sandwiches in a panini press and grill until the cheese is melted.
Alternative: In a non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, grill the sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted. Press the sandwiches while cooking.
Serve with raw vegetables or a crisp green salad.
