A crisp and flavourful salad with Greek inspirations, perfect for a fresh and light meal!
For the vinaigrette
In a salad bowl, arrange the quinoa, vegetables, coriander, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, mix all the vinaigrette ingredients together. Pour into the salad bowl and mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
