Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Spread them on a nice serving plate and place the burrata in the centre.
Make two X-shaped incisions on top of the burrata to open it up a little.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and burrata.
Place the chopped basil on the tomatoes and burrata.
Sprinkle pistachios, fleur de sel, and pepper over everything.
Enjoy with baguette croutons.
