Oat bran crepes

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of 1% milk
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) of oat bran
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder (baking powder)
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and milk and add the dry ingredients.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon the batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the top and the underside is golden brown.
- Turn over and brown the other side.
- Serve on a plate and cover with fresh fruit, vanilla yogurt, applesauce or a little maple syrup.
