Ingredients

    • 1/2 ou 500 ml (2 cups) cauliflower pieces 
    • 375 ml (1 ½ cup) grated mozarella cheese 
    • 80 ml (⅓ cup) grated Parmesan cheese 
    • 2 beaten eggs 
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano 
    • 250 ml (1 cup) pizza sauce 
    • 250 ml (1 cup) arugula 
    • Sliced italian ham to taste (optional)
    • Parmesan shavings to taste (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Crumble the cauliflower pieces in a blender.
  3. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese, grated. Parmesan cheese, eggs and dried oregano.
  6. Form a ball of about 9 inches.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the cauliflower ball and shape into a crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add tomato sauce, Italian ham (if using) and arugula. Garnish with large parmesan shavings for added flavour.
