Ingredients

    • 4 cups (1 L) mixed vegetables of your choice (bell pepper, celery, carrot, snow peas, mushroom, onion) 
    • 0.6 lb (300 g) chicken strips 
    • 1 lb (454 g) bean sprouts 
    • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 
    • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped 

Preparation

  1. In a large, oiled frying pan, sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes then set aside.
  2. Sauté chicken strips for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add all the cooked vegetables and bean sprouts and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour this sauce over the vegetables and chicken.
  5. Reduce 2 to 3 minutes and enjoy.
    *Serve with brown rice to increase the fiber content and the feeling of satiety.
