With just a few ingredients, these bars can be prepared in minutes for a crunchy snack.
In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a heat-resistant bowl. Stir until smooth.
Add the puffed rice and mix well to coat each grain evenly.
Pour the mixture into a small dish lined with parchment paper. Press down lightly to create an even surface.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Cut into bars and enjoy.
Please note: Keeps for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
