A graduate of Université de Montréal in 2013 and a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec, I have nearly 10 years of experience in clinical practice. I also work in a hospital centre and have expertise in nephrology and other specialties.

I have always been passionate about nutrition. I love exploring flavours, analyzing foods, understanding the effect of foods on our bodies, but above all, I love listening to and supporting my patients towards a diet adapted to their needs and tastes. This passion has also led me to have an incredible pleasure in talking about nutrition on the radio, at conferences or via blogs.

As a mother of 3, I can understand how challenging it can be to plan and prepare quick, delicious and nutritious meals. In fact, what I love most about my job is listening to my patients' realities, routines, habits and tastes. Together, we will certainly be able to set personalized goals and work on them gradually!
