As a nutritionist/dietitian in Brossard, I am a graduate of the University of Montreal and a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec. I have a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law. I am a litigator and prosecutor with the Law Society of Ontario. Finally, I hold a RAMQ prescriber's license for nutrient formulas, vitamins and minerals, enteral feeding equipment, and pancreatic enzymes to restore the tube's functionality, in the context of my profession.

I am particularly interested in food trends, intuitive eating, and integrating healthy eating habits into a busy schedule. I love visiting supermarkets and public markets to equip you better on a daily.

Passionate about nutrition, I quickly adapt to your needs and goals. Whether it's to change certain lifestyle habits to reduce your gastrointestinal symptoms and discomfort, help you lose weight, or manage your blood sugar, just to name a few reasons, I will welcome you and motivate you in your change process.
